It's also easy to use and set up. Another impressive feature is its ability to return to where it began in our tests. It did this for 77 mins on one cleaning, before running out of battery.
In contrast to other robovacs that we evaluated, the i3+ EVO comes with a self-emptying bin that dumps debris into an external dirt compartment on its charging base when it's filled. The i3+ EVO is able to prevent overfilling with a self-emptying bin. However it must be emptied manually at the end of each cleaning session. self cleaning vacuum i3+ EVO's internal dustbin holds 2.4L of debris that is more than enough to last several cleaning sessions before you have to replace it.
Like the i7 uses state-ofthe-art floor-tracking sensors that create maps. It can also allow you to navigate through neat rows. The i3+ EVO can only store one map, whereas the i7 is able to store multiple. The i7 also has the ability to make use of its map to create no-go zones and virtual barriers, but the i3+ EVO is not able to do this.
While the i3+ EVO is more effective in removing surface debris than some of the other robovacs we reviewed, it's not the best for cleaning edges and corners. The Q5 Pro has a very large dust bin that is 770ml, which means you won't need to empty it as frequently as other 2-in-1 robots. The 240-minute runtime is quite generous in comparison to other robots we've tested. When the battery is low it goes back to its dock and recharges before resuming cleaning where it stopped. You can control the Q5 Pro via the app and make voice commands using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
This is the first robot we've seen that incorporates 3D mapping. This along with other advances made it perform extremely well in our vacuuming tests and mopping test. You can plan cleaning schedules, create no-go zones, and check the status of the battery as well as other things. The app is simple to use, however it does not support Apple HomeKit. The feature is scheduled to be added in 2025. As of November 1, Apple has updated a footnote on its website to reflect that this feature is delayed until 2025. HomeKit is not compatible with several other robots, however Siri Shortcuts are.

The model is equipped with an internal dToF LiDAR sensor to map out your home and devise efficient cleaning routes. The iMop received high marks for its accuracy and navigation. It also did a great job in avoiding obstacles like furniture. It is also able to find its way to the base station in case it runs out of batteries during a cleaning session.
It also has a spot cleaning mode that allows you to mop or clean a specific part of your floor. It can also be programmed to follow a certain path. This is great if you have narrow stairs or hallways. In our carpet cleaning test it was successful in cleaning carpets. However, it was unable to clean carpets and rugs with thick piles.
